Mary Casserley has teamed up with rail enthusiast Rob Freeman to delve into the extensive photographic collection of her late father and grandfather RM and HC Casserley to present a further selection of local photographs. As well as revisiting the Berkhamsted area that was covered in ‘Steaming Through Berkhamsted’, this volume also includes other railways nearby and features lines around Princes Risborough, Rickmansworth, Chesham, Aylesbury, St Albans and Potters Bar among others. There are also some rare views of the early diesels and electrics which replaced steam.
