Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can – usually within 1-3 working days of receiving your order, unless it
It is important to us that your order reaches you in perfect condition. All signed copies are supplied wrapped and shipped in a book box.
Demand for some titles can be high. All orders are processed in order in which they are received. Sometimes a product can go out of stock with us at our shop before we are able to reflect this on our website. If this does happen after your order has been placed, we will contact you to explain this and advise you of the steps we are taking to fulfil your order. If we are unable to source additional stock within an acceptable timescale we will refund your order.
Pre-Orders
We aim to dispatch all pre-order titles on or around the date of publication. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, there might be a delay. Should this be the case, we will contact you to let you know.
If your order contains a combination of in stock and pre-order, not yet published titles, we will usually hold the order and dispatch when all titles are in stock. If you would like us to release parts of your order sooner, please contact us to arrange an additional postage and packaging payment.
UK Delivery
We have a standard postage and packaging charge of £3.75 for deliveries to any UK address(Large Letter 2nd Class).
Delivery / Posting of orders for single books will be via Royal Mail.
Larger orders will be dispatched using Parcelforce24 or Parcelforce48 tracked and signed for service.
As a guide, deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch. Delivery times are however outside of our control and during busy periods, depending on the postage option chosen, can take slightly longer.
These postage and packaging costs are subject to change should costs to us increase
International Delivery
Currently shipping to UK only.
Collect ‘in store’ at Our Bookshop
Our website offers the option of collection ‘in store’ from Our Bookshop (87 High Street, Tring, Hertfordshire. HP23 4AB). Orders can be collected during normal trading hours: Monday – Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm.
Communication
After placing an order, you will receive an email communication from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
You will receive a further email communication to confirm your order has been dispatched.
